Identity of the musical group Deerror

The iden­ti­ty of the musi­cal group Deer­ror — this is one of the largest works in my port­fo­lio, I have been mak­ing this cor­po­rate iden­ti­ty for quite a long time, col­lect­ing it in par­al­lel with the work on the music of the Deer­ror group.

Task. Make a cor­po­rate iden­ti­ty for a musi­cal group.

Music has always tak­en a sig­nif­i­cant part in my life and the project of the musi­cal group Deer­ror has always been and will remain very spe­cial for me.

Deerror Logo

The Deer­ror logo has many dif­fer­ent options for all pos­si­ble place­ments. At the same time, the logo retains its integri­ty and recognition.

In prac­tice, the most effec­tive ver­sion of the logo turned out to be an icon com­bined with a text part. It is very con­ve­nient to place it on var­i­ous formats.

Branded grid

A rather unusu­al solu­tion for this work was the devel­op­ment of a cor­po­rate grid based on the logo. This deci­sion gives the group’s cor­po­rate iden­ti­ty more indi­vid­u­al­i­ty and originality.

Based on the cor­po­rate grid, tem­plates for hor­i­zon­tal and ver­ti­cal posters were pre­pared for quick adap­ta­tion to a spe­cif­ic event.

One of the key ele­ments of the cor­po­rate iden­ti­ty is the vari­able back­ground, which is based on a com­plex gradient.

The cor­po­rate iden­ti­ty of Deer­ror is active­ly applied in prac­tice and devel­oped. An updat­ed and expand­ed descrip­tion of this work can be found on my Behance and Dpro­file pages.

For the band’s music releas­es, I have pre­pared many cov­er for­mats and mock­ups for their presentation.

For the band’s very spe­cial music releas­es, I’ve designed a cov­er tem­plate for lim­it­ed edi­tion vinyl records.

As part of this project, I also designed the Deer­ror web­site, which has a sep­a­rate page in my portfolio.

Brand­ed merch is an inte­gral part of any musi­cal group. For Deer­ror, I pre­pared basic T‑shirt designs and prin­ci­ples for updat­ing them based on the design of new releases.
